We wait patiently for the fruit to mature and ripen to its optimum state before gathering and starting the transformation to a fragrant, zesty and bursting with flavour liqueur. Our secret is simple; we use the best fruit available, we wash and peel with great care, and we macerate slowly and diligently to extract all of the amazing flavour from the fruits. Nous attendons patiemment que le fruit mûrisse et arrive à son état optimal avant de cueillir et d'entamer la transformation en une liqueur parfumée et pleine de saveur.
